Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy
We deliver to the UK and Europe. Please contact us for all other delivery destinations and we will provide you with a quote. Once an order is placed, please allow 5 working days for delivery. No deliveries will be made at weekends or Bank Holidays. All deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be available to take delivery when placing your order.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund, to the address provided on the dispatch note. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All item/s for exchange or refund must be returned in their original packaging and in their original, unused condition. Please be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning an item. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
If you would like to exchange your item/s, please complete the exchange information on the returns form. All exchange items are subject to availability and will be sent to you without any additional postage charges.
We aim to apply all refunds and despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, but this can take longer during busy periods.
